Purchase terms

Sold by Dream Hatch Labs LLC. Each $4.99 USD purchase is one downloadable coloring book, supplied as two PDFs: A4 and US Letter. Each file contains the same 40 designs plus a printing guide. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. No physical book or materials are shipped.

Optional Coloring Club membership

Membership costs $5 USD monthly or $50 USD annually, plus applicable tax, and renews automatically until canceled. Two books are supplied each membership month; annual plans receive two monthly, not all 24 at once. Your first pair is the collection assigned to the month you join. Later pairs unlock on your membership anniversary once the corresponding collection is published. Earlier collections are sold separately.

Manage billing and cancel future renewal from the Membership page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Books already delivered remain in your library after cancellation; refunded or disputed payments may affect access. Contact support if a promised release is missing. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your download

After payment is confirmed, your order page provides both files. We also send purchase access to your checkout email. Sign in with the Google account used for your purchase to access your library on another device. Save them to your device and keep your private order link. You need a PDF reader and a printer supporting your chosen paper size.

Personal use

You may print the designs repeatedly for your own coloring. Please do not redistribute the digital files, share download links, or resell the files or printed pages.

Immediate digital delivery and refunds

Before payment, we ask you to expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, you lose your withdrawal right once supply begins. We record the wording and time of your acknowledgment and include it in your order confirmation. An assistant purchasing on your behalf must obtain your explicit authorization and deliver that confirmation to you.

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds. Refunds and other remedies remain available where required by applicable law, including rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content. These rights cannot be waived by the delivery acknowledgment.

Problems with a purchase

Contact us for a missing download, duplicate charge, or defective file. Tell us the book title and checkout email. We will investigate and help with access or an appropriate refund. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy

Dream Hatch Labs LLC uses purchase information to process payments, provide downloads, resolve support requests and maintain transaction records.

Payments and order records

Stripe processes checkout information, including payment details and the email you enter. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this shop. Our order database records a Stripe checkout identifier, the book purchased, your checkout email address, and transaction timestamps. For members, we also store Stripe customer, subscription and paid-invoice identifiers, subscription status, recurring-billing acknowledgment, and the monthly releases delivered to the account. We also store the wording, version and time of your digital-delivery acknowledgment, linked to your order and, where applicable, your account. Stripe retains payment records under its own policies.

Google sign-in and your library

Google verifies your identity. We store your Google account identifier, email address and display name to create your customer account and link purchases to it. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your inbox or files. Essential encrypted session cookies keep you signed in. Sessions are renewed while you use the shop and can expire after inactivity; your purchase records remain in your account. Signing out revokes that browser session.

Purchase emails

We use Resend to deliver transactional purchase emails. Our database stores messages for delivery and retry. We do not subscribe you to marketing emails when you buy.

Downloads and support

Private order links and signed download links provide access to your purchase. Treat them as confidential. Support correspondence is used to resolve your request. This storefront does not include advertising trackers or newsletter enrollment.
